  • IT'S A WOMAN: How to make delicious cakes that will not get you fat
    You must have felt guilty conscience every time you enjoy delicious desserts that you would later have problems with the weight. It is not easy to strictly respect a child, watch what you eat and resist all those movies, cakes and sweets. That's why we bring you two recipes to help you make delicious cakes that you like from childhood in a healthy way.
    Baked walnuts with cinnamon
    We need eggs, margarine, walnuts, sugar and cinnamon to prepare these walnuts. As sugar should not be used in any diet, we will be ejected from the recipe. Also, we will not use margarine because of the harmful trans fats it contains. Eggs are not harmful to our organism, but a greater quantity of yolks can be. Therefore, we will separate the egg whites and only use the belly for the cake. However, if you find it difficult to sugar free, you do not have to use them. It is enough that the nuts are finely grounded and sprinkled with cinnamon and your delicious dessert is over. Enjoy!
    Little advice: With this recipe, notice that the amount of walnut does not exceed the amount that fits into one hand, because the nuts are very caloric. If you are afraid to overdo it with nuts, you can always eat a spoonful of cinnamon but dissolve it beforehand, otherwise you can suppress it if you eat it yourself.
    Plasma cheese with a filament of forest fruits
    In this case, we will eject the plasma part because it contains sugar and margarine. For fillings we need 500 gr of fruit, vanilla and sugar pudding. From fila we will throw out pudding and sugar because the enemies are slim line. Decorate the forest fruit nicely and enjoy the cake.
    Small Tip: Eat at most one piece of this cake per day, because the fruit contains sugars that can make it difficult for us to lose weight.
